Campaign Schedule Builder
Work backwards from launch day and export milestones to your calendar.
Offsets use calendar days, including weekends. Calendar exports are all-day events; review holidays and confirm dates with your collaborators.
Days before launch
Schedule
Choose a valid launch date and whole-number offsets from 0 to 3,650.
Inputs and files stay in this browser and are not uploaded. Reloading or switching languages clears your work; export before leaving.
01 / In practice
From input to outcome
A publication date is only one part of a creator campaign. Working backwards from it makes space for the brief, script review, first cut and final approval before the content goes live.
Choose launch day
Enter the publication date and an optional campaign name.
Set the lead times
Adjust the number of calendar days before launch for each milestone.
Review your calendar
Download the ICS file and import it into your calendar. Check weekends, holidays and collaborator availability.
02 / Worked example
Working backwards from November 30
The offsets use calendar days, not business days. Moving launch day recalculates the dates in the tool, but does not update a calendar file you already imported.

03 / Good to know
Before you use the result
Can I import the schedule into Google Calendar or Outlook?
The download is a standard ICS file with all-day events. Import the file using your calendar application's import feature and review the dates afterward.
Will it send reminders or contact creators?
No. The tool generates a file. Notifications depend on your calendar settings; it does not message creators or sync with their calendars.
Does it skip weekends or prevent impossible timelines?
No. It subtracts the offsets you enter and sorts the resulting dates. Review milestone order, holidays and turnaround times with collaborators.
