Creator Quote Comparison
Compare fees, deliverables, expected views, and usage rights in one place.
CPM uses your expected total views. A lower CPM does not guarantee better audience fit or results. Use one currency throughout.
Expected views cover all deliverables in this quote. Incomplete rows show no calculation and are excluded from export. Up to 50 creators.
Inputs and files stay in this browser and are not uploaded. Reloading or switching languages clears your work; export before leaving.
01 / In practice
From input to outcome
Two quotes are rarely for exactly the same work. Put the fee, deliverables, expected total views and rights side by side before comparing CPM or negotiating a package.
Choose one currency
Convert quotes yourself before entering them; selecting a currency only changes the label.
Add comparable offers
Enter each creator's total fee, video count, expected total views and usage terms.
Review and export
Compare cost per video and expected CPM alongside audience fit and rights. Download the complete rows as CSV.
02 / Worked example
Same CPM, different packages
CPM = total fee ÷ expected total views × 1,000. Equal CPM does not mean equal value: content format, audience fit, paid usage rights and exclusivity still need review.
- Creator A
- $600 / 2 videos / 30,000 expected total views
- Creator B
- $800 / 1 video / 40,000 expected total views
- Expected CPM
- $20 for both creators
- Cost per video
- $300 for A; $800 for B
03 / Good to know
Before you use the result
Are expected views per video or for the whole quote?
Enter the total expected views across all deliverables in that quote. Entering a single video's estimate for a multi-video package inflates the calculated CPM.
Does this tell me the right price to pay?
No. It compares the quotes and assumptions you enter. It does not use a market-rate database or recommend a fair price.
Which rows appear in the export?
Rows need a creator name, non-negative fee, positive whole-number video count and positive whole-number expected total views. Incomplete rows are excluded. You can add up to 50 creators.
