Creator List Cleaner

Clean a CSV and remove duplicates by email, handle, or channel URL.

Keeps the first row for each key. Blank keys are kept for review. It does not verify email deliverability or merge different accounts belonging to one person.

Channel matching ignores protocol, www, tracking tags, and trailing slashes. YouTube channel tab suffixes are removed; identifying parameters on other sites are kept. Use channel/profile URLs, not individual video links. Up to 10,000 rows; UTF-8 CSV.

Cleaned list

Import or paste a list to begin.

Inputs and files stay in this browser and are not uploaded. Reloading or switching languages clears your work; export before leaving.

01 / In practice

From input to outcome

Combining creator lists from several sources often produces duplicate contacts. Choose the identifier that matches your outreach workflow before deduplicating, so a shared email or a different platform account is handled intentionally.

  1. Add a CSV

Import a UTF-8 file up to 2 MB or paste CSV text with a header row.

  2. Choose the matching key

Select the column and use exact text, case-insensitive email or channel-URL matching.

  3. Review and download

Check retained rows and blank keys. The preview shows 10 rows; the download includes the full cleaned list.

02 / Worked example

Deduplicating an email column

Email matching ignores case, so the first Alex row is retained. A blank email is kept for manual review. Other data from the duplicate row is not merged into the retained row.

First row
Alex, Alex@example.com
Second row
Alex backup, alex@example.com
Third row
Sam, [blank email]
Email matching result
2 rows retained; 1 duplicate removed; 1 blank key kept

03 / Good to know

Before you use the result

Will it verify that an email address works?

No. Deduplication compares values; it does not check deliverability, ownership or consent to receive outreach.

Which duplicate is kept?

The first row for a matching non-empty key is kept. Blank-key rows remain in the output. Sort your source file beforehand if the newest or most complete row should take priority.

How are channel links matched?

The rule normalizes protocol, www, trailing slashes and selected tracking parameters, plus common YouTube channel-tab suffixes. Use channel or profile URLs. Different handles and channel IDs are not resolved to a single person.

Are my contact lists uploaded?

No. The CSV is read and processed in your browser. There is no saved list history; download the result before refreshing or changing languages.
