Before you start
Is the rotation permanent?
The downloaded PDF stores the new page rotations. It is not just a change to the on-screen preview; the original file stays unchanged.
Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Enter that page number, or several pages and ranges. Blank means all pages.
Will text quality change?
The tool changes page rotation metadata without rasterizing the page contents. Text stays text and images keep their original data.
Can I rotate counterclockwise?
Choose 270 degrees clockwise for the same result as 90 degrees counterclockwise.
